About The Distillery
Located behind Hello Hello Bar & Cafe, Silent Alibi Distillery is Manhattan's first distillery to open since Prohibition. It operates as a small-batch distillery and R&D hub led by a team of industry veterans, including Formulator and Distiller Brendan Bartley.
Built as a vertically integrated operation, Silent Alibi oversees every stage of spirits creation, from conception through production, allowing for agility, consistency, and complete quality control.
The distillery’s debut release is 11th Hour, a clean, small-batch coffee liqueur crafted through our unique maceration process. Created without additives or artificial flavoring, it serves as a clear expression of Silent Alibi’s commitment to quality and innovation.
