The hi-dive concept delivers one-of-a-kind cocktails in a relaxed setting that nods to New York’s cult dive bar culture. At the heart of the space is an in-house distillery, where house-made spirits and small-batch production shape the drink menu.
11th Hour Coffee Liqueur
Behind a discreet window in the back of the room is Silent Alibi Distillery, a small-batch distillery and R&D hub, where ideas are developed and brought to life. The first release, 11th Hour coffee liqueur, is made using only coffee, water, alcohol, and sugar, reflecting the depth and intensity of New York coffee.
